Support

Kithra is a private async video messaging app for one-to-one conversations.

Getting started

1. Open Kithra.
2. Register a username.
3. Create an invite code or accept one from a contact.
4. Tap a contact to open the camera-first conversation.
5. Tap record, tap stop, and Kithra sends the encrypted video automatically.

Privacy

Videos are encrypted on your device before upload. The relay cannot view the plaintext content of your videos.

Read the Kithra Privacy Policy for details about metadata, retention, and account deletion.

Account deletion

Open Settings, then choose Delete account. This removes your relay account and clears local encrypted media and device keys from that device.

Current capabilities

• Kithra V1 supports one-to-one video messaging on iPhone. iPad support is planned for a later release.
• Push notifications are not enabled yet, so the app refreshes while open.
• The relay service must be online for sending and receiving.

Safety and abuse reports

Use the contact menu in Kithra to block a contact or send a metadata-only report, or email support@jqinnovation.com with additional context. Read the Kithra Community Guidelines for prohibited conduct and the review process.

An automated acknowledgement may confirm receipt. It is not a resolution or enforcement decision. Reports are available for an authorized human to review; Kithra does not promise a fixed response time. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
